This 10–12 lb beef package offers a curated mix of our 21-day dry-aged AAA cuts, including a selection of premium steaks, roasts, braising ribs and ground beef. It’s an easy, affordable way to stock your freezer with high-quality, local beef.
 
You can expect to receive:
 
Mix of premium steaks - may include NY strip, Sirloin, Round, Eye of Round or Chuck approx. 2-3 steaks, qty (1)/pk
 
Mix of premium roasts - may include round, rump, cross cut rib (contains bone), sirloin tip or blade approx. 1-2 roasts approx 3lbs ea
 
Beef Braising ribs (qty 2 per pk)
 
Ground Beef - "Regular", approx 1lb/pk. Expect approx 6lbs
 
 
This is a package of approx 10-12lbs* of beef, weight WILL vary as it is dependent upon the cuts available at the time of order pack, based on our in stock inventory.
